Ciao cari visitatori del mio blog :) Per adesso siete pochi, ma spero che gradualmente il numero di visite cresca sempre più ;) Che dire della giornata di oggi...A 24 giorni dalla partenza mi trovo come vi ho precedentemente raccontato a vivere un periodo pieno di feste post-laurea e oggi pomeriggio sono andata appunto a una di queste. La differenza con i precedenti party stava nel fatto che...Conoscevo soltanto la festeggiata :) Ma poteva andarmi peggio, già due volte nella vita mi è capitato di prendere parte a feste di cui non conoscevo neppure il protagonista che nonostante tutto si sono rivelate piuttosto divertenti e che ricordo con un sorriso :) Sono riuscita per mia fortuna ad arrivare a casa della ragazza neolaureata in questione, che abita dalla parte opposta della città rispetto a me, in una zona di cui non sono affatto pratica, sana e salva ed è già stato un grande miracolo considerando il mio spiccato( come no!) senso dell'orientamento. Devo ammettere che all'inizio è stato tutto abbastanza imbarazzante: gli invitati si conoscevano praticamente tutti tra loro e mi sentivo un pesce fuor d'acqua. Una delle cose che più detesto al mondo, è questa: provare quella sensazione di disagio mista a voglia di fuggire lontano dovuta al sentirsi completamente estranea rispetto ad un contesto. Fortunatamente, presto la festa ha preso il volo: si trattava di un tea party, condito da thé di ogni tipo( al gelsomino,al mirtillo, al limone, alla rosa, al cioccolato, e via discorrendo), pasticcini, biscottini e dolcetti vari... Una situazione troppo carina e familiare, anche grazie allo splendido salotto in cui si svolgeva il tutto, addobbato in modo magistrale per la festa di Natale :) Tutto richiamava il 25 dicembre: lo splendido Christmas tree adornato perfettamente, i cuscini sul divano, la tovaglietta sul tavolo, il presepe, i soprammobili...Semplicemente fantastico, sembrava un'ambientazione fuoriuscita da una rivista di arredamento :) E si respirava un'aria calorosa, natalizia, confortevole! Pensando a casa mia, in cui a malapena abbiamo fatto l'albero, mi è salito il magone xD L'aspetto più divertente del pomeriggio, è stato un gioco da tavolo carinissimo che non avevo mai sentito nominare: Cranius, una versione riveduta e corretta del classico Tabù. Eravamo dieci in tutto: ci siamo divisi in due squadre e abbiamo iniziato la sfida :) E' stato davvero strano cooperare con la mia squadra, con delle perfette sconosciute... Ma siamo state solidali e compatte come se ci conoscessimo da anni...E' questo il bello del gioco: si torna bambini, e come da piccoli, si socializza molto facilmente con il prossimo :) Mi sono ritrovata a canticchiare a labbra serrate un motivetto di Lucio Dalla, che la mia squadra ha indovinato( Wow!Ho scoperto un nuovo talento in me :P), a sillabare una parola allucinante al contrario con il timore di sbagliare e di inguaiare la mia squadra( RAGAMUFFIN...Ma cos'è?!N-I-F-F-U-M-A-G-A-R) e a cercare di intuire il significato di una parola spaventosa, "Flavonoidi"...Una componente chimica presente negli alberi)! Insomma, non ci siamo affatti annoiati e siamo riusciti a legare tra noi grazie a questo insolito gioco da tavolo :) E la mia squadra ha persino vinto :P La conclusione che posso trarre da questa mia esperienza, è la seguente: non abbiate paura di partecipare a una festa di una persona a cui tenete, anche se conoscete soltanto lei. Con gli invitati potrebbero nascere dinamiche molto interessanti ed è un'ottima possibilità per socializzare, per passare un pomeriggio o una serata diversa e per mettersi in gioco in una maniera diversa e inaspettata ;) Provare per credere!

Going to parties where you only know the guest of honour
 Hi dear visitors of my blog :) For now you are just a few, but I hope that gradually the number of visits will  grow ;) What about the day today ... There are 24 days left until the date of my departure, and as i have previously told you, this period is full of post-graduation parties and just this afternoon I went to one of these. The difference with the previous parties was that ... I only knew the guest of honour  :) But it could have been worse, twice in my life i've already taken part to celebrations without knowledge about  the celebrated people, and nonetheless these experiences were pretty funny and I remember these moments with a smile :) Fortunately I managed to get to the just-graduated girl's house,she lives on the opposite side of town compared to me, in an area that i'm not used to frequent and it has been a great miracle considering my wonderful(xD) sense of direction. I must admit that at first it was all pretty embarrassing: the guests knew each other well and I felt like a fish out of water. One of the things I hate most in the world, is this: to experience that sensation of unease mixed with desire to flee due to feeling completely foreign concerning a specific context. Fortunately, the party soon took off: it was a tea party, characterised by the presence of every kind of tea (jasmine, blueberry, lemon, rose, chocolate, and so on), pastries, cookies and cupcakes ... A  too cute and domestic situation , thanks to the beautiful living room where everything took place, decorated in a masterly way for the Christmas celebrations :) Everything recalled December 25: the beautiful Christmas tree perfectly decorated, the pillows on the sofa, the tablecloth, the ornaments ... Simply fantastic, that location has made me think about the ones represented in the interior design magazines :) It was a warm, Christmas, comfortable atmosphere! Thinking about my house, where we barely made the tree, I had the blues xD The most enjoyable aspect of the afternoon was a cute board game that I had never heard of: Cranius, a revised version of the Classic Taboo. We were ten in all: we were divided into two teams and we started the challenge :) It 's was really weird to cooperate with my team, with perfect strangers...But we were united and empathic as if we were close friends... This is the beauty of the game, we felt like children again, and it become easier to socialize with people :) I hummed a tight-lipped  Lucio Dalla's tune, that my team has guessed (Wow! I discovered a new talent in me: P), i did a backwards spelling of an incredible word  with the fear of making mistakes and causing problems to my team (RAGAMUFFIN. .. But what is it?! N-I-F-F-U-M-A-G-A-R) and i tried to guess the meaning of a scary word, "Flavonoids" ...Chemical components present in the trees)! In brief, we didn't get bored and we were able to become familiar thanks to this unusual board game :) And my team even won: P The conclusion I can draw from my experience, is the following: don't be afraid of attend a party of someone you care about, even if you only know him. In fact,with the unknown guests  very interesting dynamics could arise and this is a great opportunity to socialize, to spend a different afternoon or evening and to get involved in something new and unexpected ;) Try it!
